Brandon Doughan and Brian Polen, bonded over a shared love for high quality Sake while traveling the country. They both returned again to apprentice in historic breweries before returning to open Brooklyn Kura, a truly American Sake Brewery with a focus on Namasakes created completely from American sourced products.
