“Where are you located?”

At the corner of East Hennepin & University Avenues in Northeast Minneapolis. We are a big shiny building with a stainless steel exterior. You can’t miss it. (Really.) We often get people calling us from the Minneapolis Public Library (on Third and Hennepin, downtown.)  Please cross the big, beautiful Hennepin Avenue Bridge across the Mississippi River to Northeast Minneapolis,  and we’re just three blocks ahead on the left.  There is a parking lot on the front and on the side of the building, as well as some on-street parking.

“Where are your other locations?”

“But… where is your location in Richfield/Downtown/Excelsior/Other Suburb?” There is just one Surdyk’s Liquor and Cheese Shop! Yes, we are positive.  You might be thinking of Surdyk’s Flights in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport in Terminal 2, but you need an airline ticket to go there.  Our Catering department and commissary kitchen are located on West River Road. Our catering department will set up meetings by appointment only. We have a partnership with Northrop Auditorium and operate a small café within the building (no liquor sales.)

Surdyk’s stands behind all items we sell. We are happy to offer refunds / returns if you are not satisfied with your products with your receipt. We will offer a 100% refund with proof of purchase. If you have any unused product that you would like to return, it must be in resale condition.
If you order online and need to cancel, please contact us at weborders@surdyks.com or call us as soon as possible at 612-379-3232.
Inventory listed online is the same as the brick and mortar store. Occasionally, inventory discrepancies will occur. If a discrepancy occurs with your inventory and we will not be able to fulfill your order, we will contact you by email and/or phone as soon as possible.

“Can you deliver?”

“Can you deliver?” Yes! We deliver locally with orders of $100 or more, and with 24-48 hours notice (48 hours especially during sales.) During off-peak times, we will do our best to accommodate orders with a shorter notice, but you’ll need to call us instead of ordering online.
If you’d like on-demand delivery in the metro area, we recommend ordering through one of our online partners.

“Do you have ___? Can you get it?”

“I’m looking for product ____. …Can you get it?” We can special order items provided that they are available through a local distributor. You must place an order for a solid case of that particular product. (We have to order a solid case, and that’s what we’ll have to sell to you.) If there is an item you wish to inquire about, please send us an email to weborders@surdyks.com

“Can I update my customer info online?”

“Can I update my customer information (including mailing address) online?” If you place an order and update your existing information at that time, your information will be updated automatically. If you have an existing customer (Heart Healthy) account, but have no email address associated with the account, it will not be automatically linked up.  If you’d like us to add an email address into your existing account before placing an order let us know via phone or use this handy  “Update Your Info” form.  If you would like us to update your customer information  without placing an order, please click this link to UPDATE YOUR INFO.

“What about my Heart Healthy Points? Where is my balance?”

“What about my Heart Healthy Points? What’s my balance? ” We have this shiny new website, and hope to have real-time customer rewards available in your accounts soon.  If you place any order under your existing customer information (see above Q) you will absolutely be credited any Heart Healthy rewards points, and you’ll get an updated points total on your receipt when you pick up or deliver. If you have a question about your rewards points, please send a quick email to info@surdyks.com. We usually have to do a little research, and that takes a little time. We’ll get back to you ASAP.

“Does Surdyk’s give charitable donations?”

“Does Surdyk’s give charitable donations?” Yes, Surdyk’s has a long history of charitable giving in our community. We consider all requests, both large and small. Due to the number of requests we receive, we can not accept phone calls regarding donation requests. To be considered for a donation, please start by filling out our Donation Request Form. We will follow up with you via email within 30 days.

“I have a product! I’d like to pitch a marketing idea! How can I get a meeting?”

“I have a product! I’d like to pitch a marketing idea! How can I get a meeting? (etc.)” We have a small administrative staff who wear many hats (aka: we are really busy.) The best way to introduce yourself is by sending an email first to info@surdyks.com. and we’ll get your info to the right people.
