At Surdyk’s alone, we have rosés of Cabernet Franc,Carignan, Pinot Noir, Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Malbec, Mourvedre, Garnacha, Zweigelt, St. Laurent, and Tempranillo. VillaViva Rosé is made from 100% Carignan, and is a beautifully pale wine produced from vineyards in the south of France facing the Mediterranean Sea. Located in the Cotes de Thau appellation along a famous string of lakes, the vineyards are planted on fossilized oyster beds, limestone, gravel and quartz soil, and benefit from a sunny and dry climate perfect for rosé production. The aromatic nose shows lush strawberry and raspberry fruit, while the palate is bursting with freshness and vibrant acidity creating a full and well-balanced wine that ends with a long and spicy finish. Serve chilled anytime or as an aperitif at your next get together.
