(Alicante) Jorge Ordonez has done more to introduce good value Spanish wines to the American market than anyone. This bottling is from the Jumilla region and is 100% Monastrell grape variety. The aromas show rich plumy notes that lead to soft rich plum and spice flavors on the palate. The wine is quite rich, but is very easy to drink. Pair with Big Woods Blue from the Cheese Shop.
