Gundlach Bundschu Estate Vineyard Chardonnay
This bright and beautiful Sonoma Chardonnay strikes the perfect balance of old and new world style. Sourced from vines planted in the coolest part of the estate, farmed to preserve the beautiful aromatic characteristics and harvested early to capture the natural acidity. What nature started is finished in the winery by selecting a small portion of the grapes to ferment in stainless steel tank to capture the brightest natural acidity and while the remainder ferments in used French oak barrels.
