It's rare to come across a Willamette with bottle age on it. Maysara's Jamsheed (named for King Jamsheed, who would stare into a wine glass to learn the future), is made with fruit sourced from the famous Momtazi vineyard. Even at 8 years old, this is still showing plenty of life. The first glass shows fruit and spice notes expected from Pinot Noir. As the wine opened, the aromatics took over. Baking spices, warm toasty notes, baked cherry and rhubarb fruit, brightness with gentle tannins, all combine to create a memorable wine experience.
