Description
There's nothing petite about this wine. Chablis and its regions/crus are all decided by geology and location; Grand Cru is the hottest single slope, premiers cru are usually wind-protected slopes with good sun exposure, and Chablis is those plus everywhere else, all with a limestone and clay soil. Petite Chablis is actually MORE limestone than the rest of Chablis, but with less clay to help with water retention. PC is where you find great producers making great wine at a fraction of their other bottles.
