Okay, so let's tackle this impossibly French name first. I have the French vocabulary of a toddler so I went to my trusty Forvo app. Sounding it out, it sounds like L'icks wahs. Yep. L'Aixoise is L'Ickswahs. Now that you can speak French, let's try "buveur du terrasse," or "patio pounder," because that's what this wine is. Light, crisp, great fruit on the nose and easy on the palate. A great example of the pale-pink rosés coming from the Coteaux d'Aix en Provence AOP region.
