A blend of two Yorkville Highlands vineyard sites, the high elevation Halcon Vineyard, 2400 ft. and the Hawks Butte Vineyard which sits at 1200 ft. with rocky, south facing slopes. The grapes are all foot crushed and fermented whole cluster, with gentle punchdowns. Ten month maturation in neutral barrique.
