Very different aromas and flavors present themselves in marked contrast to our first white. This one is from New Zealand’s Marlborough district and offers a dry, minerality (from the soil) and a definite citrus core. Aromas suggest “green” notes such as lime, gooseberry, fresh mowed grass and grapefruit. A high acidity in the wine brings out the juiciness of foods and highlights flavors. Perfect with baked fish and chicken dishes.
