Fruit Infusion

Pair vibrant, ripe summer berries, fresh cut herbs from your garden  -mint, basil, oregano –  and invigorating citrus fruits with the best flavored vodkas for easy to create, party ready cocktails that will leave you and your guests refreshed during the hot summer months. Ketel One Vodka Watermelon Caipiroska

1 ½ oz Ketel One Citroen
12 mint leaves
¼ cup fresh watermelon
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ lime (quartered)
Club soda
Muddle mint, watermelon, lime, and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Add Ketel One Citroen and shake with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a mint leaf and a lime wedge.

Grey Goose Cherry Noir & Soda

1½ parts Grey Goose Cherry Noir
3 parts Perrier
2 lemon wedges
Branch of oregano
Build over ice in a highball glass and stir. Garnish with a branch of oregano.

Wild Berry Sour

2 ounces Belvedere Wild Berry (note: check this out on our Spirits Tasting Table!)
¾ ounce sugar syrup
1 ounce lemon juice
¼ ounce egg white
5 basil leaves
Dry Shake* all ingredients to emulsify egg white. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish by grinding black pepper over the top.
*Dry Shake means to shake without ice for 7-10 seconds, which helps to create a nice foamy top.

Wild Berry Cup

1¼ ounces Belvedere Wild Berry
3 ounces Sauvignon Blanc
¼ ounce elderflower cordial (like St. Germain)
¼ ounce simple syrup
2 ounces Fever Tree Soda Water
Build over ice in a highball glass and garnish with a lemon wheel, cucumber slice, strawberries, and blueberries. These easy translates into a pitcher.

Sea Breeze Soda

1 part UV Ruby Red Grapefruit (note: check this out on our Spirits Tasting Table!)
1 part club soda
1 part pineapple juice
shake and pour over ice. Squeeze in lime and orange wedges.

Grapefruit Crush

1 part UV Ruby Red Grapefruit
1 part grapefruit juice
1 part triple sec
splash of lemon-lime soda
Mix ingredients and pour into a margarita glass. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

Pacific Breeze

2 ounces Skyy Infusions Pacific Blueberry
4 ounces Lemonade
Build ingredients in a rocks glass and garnish with blueberries.

Count Moscato

1½ ounces Skyy Infusions Moscato Grape
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce Sweet Vermouth
Dash of simple syrup
Mix ingredients together over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with an orange peel.

Texas Sunrise

2 ounces Skyy Infusions Texas Grapefruit
4 ounces pineapple juice
Build all ingredients in a rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
