This dry wine is a blend of 50% Chenin Blanc, 24% Riesling, and 15% Pinot Gris. It is as fun as it is refreshing! The grape juice is fermented along with the skins for an extended period of time, giving this wine its beautiful orange hue. Aged for 6 months in Acacia barrels, it has a clean yet complex palate. Flavors of honey, apricots, marzipan, orange peel, white flowers, and black tea make ‘Skins’ an interesting, aromatic wine with nice structure from tannins.
