Don Fulano tequila is made by the Fonseca family, fifth-generation agave farmers and distillers. Their Reposado is aged for eight to eleven months in French Limousin oak barrels, lending it aromas of vanilla bean, dark chocolate, and baking spices. Round on the palate with flavors of coconut and macadamia, it finishes with cream and ashy mineral notes.
