Madone’s vineyards are on average over 50 years old. Farming is practicing organic with such steep hillsides that manual harvest is the only safe option. This wine has tons of character; gorgeous aromatics (berries, earth, and violet) and so much flavor that isn’t ever heavy or thick. Best of all, it makes just about any meal feel special. It elevates a humble roast chicken, has enough acidity to stand up to tomatoes in any form, and is mind-blowing with salmon.
