Heurtebise is a single-vineyard 100% Blanc de Blancs with 4.5 grams of residual sugar, making this an extra brut. The dosage will change every year for Alexandre's cuvees which reflects upon the year's harvest. This is loaded with citrus notes, and a fine bead that cuts through the glorious richness on the palate.
