Malbec has lots of primary fruit flavors and a dash of spiciness with an earthy back note that gives it some structure and drinking pleasure. This Broquel bottling is particularly delicious for all its soft yet vibrant flavors. Decanter gives it 4 stars and rates it as “highly recommended. “ They comment, “ Hints of red currant jam fruits, subdued , some raspberry hints. Sweet and spicy, dry, leathery backbone, integrated and balanced.” Very drinkable now but has the capacity to age for 4-8 years.
