I can’t think of a better beer name than “Snowstorm” to represent the November we are having. This is Minnesota, we are snow warriors, and our beer should be the same. Schell’s Snowstorm 2014 is a Grand Cru style and perfect for chasing any snowy day away. A lovely amber-copper color that pours a cream color head. The nose is active with notes of citrus, coriander, and spicy white pepper from the yeast. This lighter bodied beer is slightly sweet with fruit notes and hints of citrus. It is a malt forward, with a lively carbonation and dry finish. A solid, warm beer that won’t disappoint while drinking during the next (inevitable) Minnesota snowstorm.
