Learn how to think like a cheesemonger! This class will introduce the types, textures, and flavors that make up the most amazing cheeses in the world. We’ll teach you the basics: which rinds are edible, the intricacies of different milk types, and how best to store cheeses at home. What’s the difference between a gorgonzola & a blue? We’ll answer these questions while tasting a plate of favorite cheeses at peak perfection (with a glass of wine, of course).
