On Monday, January 22 please join us for an explanation of Scotch. Our goal is to define what makes these mysterious whiskeys so alluring. We’ll answer questions about the flavors and their origin: the influence of the barley grain, water, rock, peat, shape of the still, aging, and more. The class design is for the beginning level, but all are welcome who want to reconnect with and enjoy single malts.
