Join us for a tasting class on Tuesday, April 5th with instructor Bill McCleary. We will be tasting Cabernet Sauvignon from various growing regions worldwide. All have their own signature stamp on the grape, and we’ll be tasting them side-by-side to find out what makes each so special. There will be tasty representatives from the famed Bordeaux region of France, the delicious American varieties from Napa Valley and Sonoma County in California, and the up-and-coming Columbia River Valley in Washington. Then we will venture deeper into the New World with highlights from Chile, Australia, and South Africa. This not to be missed tasting will show you all that Cabernet Sauvignon can be.
Class Held at GINGER HOP. Ginger Hop restaurant is just right down the street from Surdyk’s, and the class is held in their private dining area.
Class starts at 6:30 pm and lasts approximately 2 hours. Please allow yourself time to check in before the start of class! Parking will be available at Surdyk’s for attendees the night of the event!
