American Blended Reds for the Barbecue

Reservations for this class are now closed. The category of American Blended Red wines simply did not exist as recently as the 1970s. It took an upstart winery from Sonoma, CA to come with Marietta Old Vine Red to create a fun, easy-drinking wine that started the revolution. Come and explore the many different styles of American blended red wine, from easy-drinking jammy wines perfect for burgers and pizza, to bold and complex wines dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon that beg for a grilled ribeye steak. Who knows, I might even sneak a blended white into the mix to start us off! Cheers!
